DISPATCH: We aim to dispatch your DTF items within 1-3 days of purchase Monday to Friday*

UV DTF dispatch time 1-4 days. Monday to Friday* If you order DTF & UV DTF together, we will dispatch your items together.

All items should be inspected before applying, these are non refundable once applied.

Please check your heat press time and recommendations, as results can vary.

Ready made transfer sizes vary, depending on shape of print. We try to fit whatever size you have selected to a matching size envelope.

DTF Print Example:

A5 between 14 - 21cm

A4 between 21 - 29cm

A3 between 29 - 42 cm

Load your own transfers must be loaded at 300 DPI, created to the size you want. Do not go over the lines on canvas and make sure you allow room to cut around each transfer. We do not inspect your loaded images.

Once your item has left us, delivery time is out of our hands. We provide you with tracking number and it is your responsibly to check delivery update, where it has been delivered to a neighbour etc.

If you have any customised or personalised request, please inquire. An extra charge may be requested.

If your delivery goes missing, please contact us with your details and tracking number, and will assist you.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at ukdtfprint@outlook.com. 
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return details, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please return using tracked. Return cost is down to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ukdtfprint@outlook.com.

We accept returns if your item is faulty. Please notify us before returning. Returns must be unused, in original condition and with original packing, within 14 days of ordering.

*On busier occasions please allow 4-5 days dispatch.

Orders must be made before 10am, if we are able to dispatch within 24 hours.
