DTF dispatch same day before 10am**

UV DTF dispatch 1-4 days on orders placed before 10am**

If ordering both, we will dispatch together. If you require DTF faster, please order separately to UV DTF and we will dispatch as DTF rules.

**On exceptionally busy day or on larger orders, your order may be dispatched later than stated.

Delivery is 24 Tracked.

You receive tracking with your orders, it is your responsibility to check updates. Once items have left us, it is out of our control. 24 Tracked is only an estimate and Royal Mail state delivery can take longer.

Adding your own images.

We download your uploaded artwork via a link. We have no way to check your images prior to printing. Once printed they are non refundable. Please ensure you are happy with your uploads before ordering.

DTF & UV DTF images must be transparent PNG format. At 300 DPI. Jpegs format will add a white background to image.

When you purchase with us, you are confirming that you own the legal rights for us to print your artwork. All items are printed in CYMK.
