Shipping policy

Shipping:

DTF & UV DTF same day dispatch if order before 12pm. 

 

** exceptionally large orders may be slightly delayed. We will information if this is the case. 

Delivery:

We use Royal Mail 24 Tracked & Special Delivery. 

 

Please note, that as per Royal Mails Terms of Service, the timescales are delivery aims and cannot be guaranteed and whilst delivery are usually incredibly accurate, on occasion, errors and delays can happen. 

We are not liable to pay any compensation as a result of delays, and refund's cannot be processed due to courier issues or delays unless the parcel is deemed as lost in transit.

You will receive tracking with your orders, it is your responsibility to check updates. Once items have left us, it is out of our control.

Special delivery does not speed up dispatch times.
