Refund policy

All items are custom made to orders. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size or quantity, quality or colour differences. 

Delays caused by Royal Mail or any courier

Improper application of transfers.

DTF & UV DTF Application Policy
All DTF and UV DTF transfers are tested before dispatch and leave our studio in perfect condition.  
Transfers must be applied exactly as instructed to ensure proper adhesion.

Heat Press Only Requirement
DTF transfers must be applied using a heat press with correct temperature, pressure, and time.  
Handheld irons, Cricut EasyPress, steam irons, or household devices are not supported and will cause failed adhesion.

Use of unsupported equipment voids any claim of product fault.

Surface Preparation Requirement
The fabric or item must be:

- Clean  
- Dry  
- Lint‑free  
- Free from hair, fibres, dust, or residue
- Fabric pre pressed to remove any moisture and wrinkles.
- Applying a transfer to a contaminated surface will prevent proper bonding and is considered customer misuse.
- Applying UV DTF to surfaces rubbed in alcohol or cold will effect application. Warm slightly prior to application.


Once your order is placed, it goes straight into production, we print exactly as you send. We have no way to inspect your order, and cannot be refunded.

Postal Delays

Delays in transit are outside our control.
Refunds will not be given for late deliveries.
We follow the courier’s policy on lost parcels. A replacement or refund is only issued once the courier declares the parcel lost.

Please be patient with delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us straight away on receipt of delivery with photos.
We will replace the item where appropriate. Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.

Print Quality

Customers must supply print ready, high-resolution artwork.
We are not responsible for poor results caused by low-quality files.
